Last year was the busiest year so far here on Yelling Rosa’s Weblog. I published 20 posts in 2014. I don’t expect to have the equal traffic this year because last year was really exceptionally comparing to my history here. Besides I am more occupied with my work and like to have time to read other bloggers’ posts in 2015.
At the moment Yelling Rosa’s Weblog has 2465 followers. I like to thank them because they have given me strength to upload material here. Sometimes it was a challenge because I suffer from insomnia. I hope it doesn’t sit on my shoulder all the time in the future but insomnia doesn’t go away by having long hours at the computer. Luckily I can scan the typewritten text.
Thank you for being with me in 2014 and I hope to meet you here again this year.
Insomnia II
This cross crucified me
But didn’t wake me up
On the third morning.
In the den of horror
Without the lion’s claw
That closes my eyes
I am.

PS If you ever get bored you might like to visit my Swedish word test plantation. I grow my Swedish verse there. I am uncertain when I suppose to use an article and when I have to omit it. They are here The checked ones are at: http://www.yellingrosa.com/dikter01.htm

Hei,
Kiitos kommentistasi.
Vuosi oli vilkas, mutta viimevuotiseen tulokseen tarvittavaa työmäärä on näillä unilla mahdoton tänä vuonna.
Kaikkea hyvää

This is inspiring. Thank you for sharing. Wishing you just as much if not more success in 2014. I personally hate having insomnia- your perspective on it sounds much more interesting :0

Thank you very much for the warm words. It’s true that only those people who suffer from insomnia know the pain. I find it a very difficult disorder in my life. It reduces my capacity of doing and remembering things. In order to lessen its power I must sit less at the computer and give up some amount of updating my blog and interacting with people which I don’t like a bit. I hope that all the people slept better. I really don’t recommend this to anyone.
Take care and better night trips to the land of Nod every day 🙂

PS We call the land of Nod as “Höyhensaari” Which means Feather + island.

Hey,
Thank you for the comment. I don’t think that I will keep up with the last year statistics in 2015. I am not able to update my blog as often as I did last year and my subjects are going to be more serious. Today people want to read light and entertaining stories, so likes will run away from me like constantly happy butterflies. In spite of that I feel that Internet has already enough bloggers with the pleasure subjects.
Take care

I knew that you meant the poem and insomnia. It is a burden. I have tried everything but nothing seems to have an effect on it. I avoid using sleeping pills because they might damage the memory. Let’s hope it just forgets us this year. Sweet dreams for you
