The Name of the Game

The Name of the Game

Is this always the name of the game,
That those who don´t hear,
Are bellowing.

About Yelling Rosa

I am retired. In my spare time I read, write, play the guitar and hike. I have published three verse books in Finnish and recorded my songs. You can listen to them on YouTube. I have translated some of my poems on Yelling Rosa's Weblog. I also like to watch movies. Olen kiinnostunut lukemisesta, kirjoittamisesta, kitaransoitosta ja luonnossa vaeltamisesta. Olen julkaissut kolme runokirjaa ja laulujani on äänitteillä. Voit lukea runojani Yelling Rosan kotisivuilta ja kuunnella laulujani YouTubessa. Olen elokuvafriikki.

  2. Sometime ago we discussed the poem translation about Dream. I found the poem which is not the direct translation of what we discussed but the meaning is pretty close:

    Some dreams never get completed

    others fade into distant memories

when we live in the now

every moment is a dream come true

Thank you for commenting and sending information. The idea comes close to mine as you said.

I have realized that English language is almost impossible one for those who are not natives, because it is based on short phrases which must be set in a row exactly in certain way. That’s why I have decided that I am concentrating on my Finnish blot at: https://yrosa.wordpress.com/ This gives me more time to study my poetical expression in English and Finnish when I don’t write English articles here on Yelling Rosa Weblog.

Have a nice and rewarding weekend 😉

  3. A powerful truth! I have also sometimes observed that when a person speaks softly with caring and authenticity, a once noisy room grows silent with people learning forward to hear.
